Schultuete - students will make their own Schultueten to celebrate the new school year!

Woche Drei
Students will finish their Schultuete, record class procedures, and learn about cognates.

Woche Vier
Students will learn about cognates and begin learning the German alphabet.

Woche Fünf
Students will memorize the German alphabet and recite it from memory out loud in class.

Woche Sechs
Students are taking their alphabet quiz and will learn a little about Neuschwanstein (the most famous of Germany’s 26,000 castles). We will also start learning the greetings and farewells auf deutsch.

Woche Sieben
Congratulations to all students on their Alphabet Success!

Let’s choose Deutsche Namen!

We will continue working with greetings and farewells. Students will write and perform a mini-skit this week and next week.

Woche Acht
We will continue working with greetings and farewells. Students will write and perform a mini-skit this week and next week.

Woche Neun
Students will learn numbers 0-20.

Woche Zehn
This week students will continue learning the numbers and work on learning their colors.

Woche Elf
Students will get an overview of Berlin and learn family vocabulary.

Woche Zwoelf
Students will finish up their German Survey course this week.

German Club
6th Grade German Club will meet once every six weeks for a cultural activity. Read the daily bulletin for announcements about upcomming events. You must sign up for these events.
